I have dental insurance, but Blue Bird is not partnered with them, what can I do?

Accepted Answer

No problem! Just let our team know you have dental insurance. We ask that you pay for your treatments directly. Once your treatment is completed, we can provide you with invoices and receipts for you to reimburse with your dental insurance provider.

How do I apply for a finance plan?

Accepted Answer

To apply, you’ll need to have a treatment plan, this is provided after your consultation and is typically valid for 3 months.

Once you are happy with the treatment plan, our team will discuss the payment options with you to agree on which plan is most suitable for you and will then send you an email with a link to start your application online or via app.

The application will require you to answer a few simple questions including details about yourself such as age, home address, income and anything that might affect your monthly expenditure.
The application is done entirely online or via app, so it can be completed in-practice or at home. You will receive a decision on whether you are approved instantly.

I've paid with a finance plan, can I pay off my finance early?

Yes! There's no fee for paying early.
